Show the main areas of help from the homepage or a landing page.

Use topic cards when users need to choose the area of the criminal justice system they need help with.

When to use this pattern

  • On the homepage below the hero search.
  • On landing pages where users need to choose from several related tasks.
  • When the cards are stable navigation, not temporary promotions.

Content rules

  • Use short nouns for the card title.
  • Explain what users can do in one sentence.
  • Do not use internal team names as card labels.
