Do not use forLarge libraries of documents, searchable directories, news updates or technical reference pages.

What the template should include

  • Clear title based on the user task.
  • Short summary explaining who the guide is for.
  • Contents list when there are multiple sections.
  • Plain-English headings.
  • Related content and tools.
  • Page feedback controls.
