Who we are
We are a volunteer led project making big changes across criminal justice information. Our work sits between content design, public service design, research, data, technology and lived experience. We care about accuracy, dignity and practical usefulness.
Ways you can help
Our roles change as the project grows, but we often look for volunteers across these areas.
User research
Help us understand what people need, test content and tools, and make sure lived experience shapes the service.
Product management
Prioritise the right problems, shape roadmaps, coordinate delivery and keep the work focused on public value.
Development
Build accessible WordPress features, data tools, directories and publishing workflows for the hub.
Data and research
Work with public datasets, FOI material and official reports to make justice information easier to explore.
Accessibility and quality
Test pages, tools and documents so disabled people and people with different access needs can use the service.
