Use a document collection for grouped forms, policies, reports and documents.

Use a document collection when users need to find documents within a related set.

Use forMG forms, Prison Service Orders, Prison Service Instructions, policy frameworks, inspection reports and IMB reports.
Do not use forSequential guidance where users need to read sections in order.

What the template should include

  • Collection summary.
  • Search within the collection.
  • Grouped sections with headings.
  • Short description for every item.
  • File type, publication date and status where available.
