Summary
HM Inspectorate surveyed children at HMYOI Wetherby and the Keppel unit on 22 October 2024. The population was 149; questionnaires were given to 140 children and 107 were completed, a 76% response rate. The report presents the full questionnaire results and compares responses with other young offender institutions surveyed since October 2023.
