Report for Parc Prison and Young Offender Institution
Summary
HM Inspectorate surveyed all 29 children at HMYOI Parc on 22 January 2025, and all 29 questionnaires were completed. The report presents the full responses and comparative analyses with other young offender institutions surveyed since April 2024 and with other establishments holding children. It explains that the revised questionnaire does not yet provide comparator data for every question, and that missing answers and smaller groups are treated separately. This is a survey and results report rather than a full inspection judgement.
