Sets a process for identifying and monitoring risk related behaviour in specified prisoners preparing for temporary release, and within progression regimes. It covers psychological file reviews, individual targets, staff observations and regular feedback. The file review supports management decisions but does not replace a risk assessment or the separate assessment for temporary release.
