Custody inspections

Police custody inspections are usually published as force-level reports covering custody facilities operated by Derbyshire Constabulary, rather than as a separate report for each individual suite.

The joint custody inspection programme looks at how police forces detain people in custody, including safety, respectful treatment, legal rights, healthcare, release and transfer.
