Acronym

Combined National Offender Management Information System

C-NOMIS refers to a combined prison and probation system. C-NOMIS was designed to deliver a single database to implement end-to-end offender management across the Prison Service and the National Probation Service. The probation element of NOMIS was not implemented and the service was later rebranded to P-NOMIS.
