Book a video link service

Allows Court users to book a virtual court hearing & corresponding appointment directly with the prison, to replace phone calls, emails & fax methods used previously. Being rolled out nationally, but only enabled when the prison has build a Video Suite & had the technology installed, so time constraints based on physical building work
